Booth Placement & Guidelines
-
Booth placement is at the sole discretion of BHNA to optimize the layout and flow of the market. Exhibitors must:
-
Fit within their assigned space.
-
Not expand into walkways or neighboring booths.
-
Provide their own setup (tables, tents, tent weights (40 lbs. per leg, etc.).
-
Placement may change prior to the event to ensure best aesthetics and operations.
How are artists selected?
Submissions are reviewed in a blind jury process, where jurors do not know the identity of the artist.
Artwork must be original, artist-made, well-conceived, and expertly executed. Selection is based solely on merit. A balance of style, quality, and creativity is key. No quotas are used.
Top-rated applicants receive invitations; others may be placed on a waitlist. All jury decisions are final.
How will BHNA promote the event?
BHNA may use exhibitor-submitted photos, business descriptions, and logos in promotions including:
-
Social media
-
Website
-
Email newsletters
Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to promote their participation to help increase event visibility and foot traffic.
