Yoga Participation Release and Waiver

By participating in this yoga class, session, or related activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that yoga may involve physical movement and that participation carries inherent risks of injury. You affirm that you are voluntarily participating and that it is your responsibility to listen to your body, modify movements as needed, and seek medical advice if I have any concerns about your health or ability to participate.

You release and hold harmless the instructor, the Bellevue Hale Neighborhood Association, and the hosting facility from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By participating, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
