Bellevue-Hale Neighborhood Association (BHNA) is a Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO) focused on sustaining and enhancing our vibrant neighborhood through the active involvement of residents and businesses within our neighborhood boundaries. The objective of the Association is to enhance the livability of our neighborhood by working to create a beautiful, safe, equitable, and healthy environment Our neighborhood is bounded on the East by Elm Street, on the West by Colorado Boulevard, on the South by 8th Avenue, and on the North by Colfax Avenue.
